Experience our cooking class where we will be preparing one of the most beloved dishes of the Dominican Republic, Sancocho, a hearty and comforting soup that is perfect for any occasion.
Sancocho is a staple dish in Dominican culture, often served at family gatherings and celebrations. It's a delicious and satisfying soup that is made with a variety of meats, including beef, chicken, and pork, along with a variety of root vegetables such as yucca, plantains, and potatoes. The result is a rich and flavorful broth that is perfect for warming up on a cool day.
In this class, we will start by preparing the broth, which is the foundation of this dish. We will use a mix of meats, including chicken, beef, and pork, to create a rich and flavorful base. We will also add a mix of aromatic herbs and spices to give it a depth of flavor that will make your taste buds dance.
