Our rum tasting experience features a partnership with the expert Romeliers at Oliver and Oliver, who will guide you through a selection of premium rums aged for 25 years or more.

During the tasting, you'll have the opportunity to sample a range of exquisite liquors, including but not limited to Cubaney Centenario, Unhiq XO, Opthimus, and Punta Cana XOX. The program includes an exploration of the rich history of rum and the Oliver and Oliver House, as well as an overview of the Solera Method used to craft these exceptional rums.

You'll also learn about the essential components of rum, including molasses and sugar cane, and gain a deeper appreciation for the art and science of rum-making.
